Key responsibilities:
1. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and build strong sales pipelines
2. Design outbound prospecting campaigns (Emails, LinkedIn, cold calling, Whatsapp) to generate leads
3. Set up meetings to understand customer needs and concerns to gather key prospect information
4. Handle complaints or objections over calls and convince leads for a product demo
5. Collate inputs of client feedback and present them to team and management
6. Manage leads in CRM system, update the status regularly and make sure reports look clean.
1. Strong communication skills given this position will interact with diverse levels of
business and global stakeholders
2. Basic knowledge of B2B sales, prospecting, email campaigns, and cold calling, is
preferred
3. Ability to build/nurture/grow a strong network of people and channels (internally and externally) for lead generation
4. An in-residence personality who can make decisions proactively and not always seek instructions
5. Graduate/undergraduate degree - completed
