We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Associate Telecaller to join our Software Solutions Hub team. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with clients over the phone, building strong relationships and promoting our software solutions.
1. Proactively reach out to potential clients to introduce our products and services
2. Address client inquiries and provide accurate information about our software solutions
3. Schedule product demonstrations and follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met
4. Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
5. Maintain a database of client information and update records regularly
6. Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor offerings
7. Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams to improve our offerings
