Junior Lead Generation Executive Fresher Job (Remote)

At Vistara Innovative Solutions, we provide a wide range of digital services, including website development, app development, digital marketing, and more. We are looking for a motivated Lead Generation Specialist who can help us grow by identifying and bringing in potential clients. Your efforts will directly impact our success, and you will be compensated based on the leads you generate.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and generate new business leads through various channels (online, networking, referrals, etc.).
2. Reach out to potential clients via emails, calls, and social media to promote our services.
3. Build and maintain relationships with potential clients to convert leads into sales.
4. Track and manage the lead pipeline and provide regular updates to the team.
5. Work closely with the sales and marketing team to achieve company growth targets.

Compensation: This is a commission-based position, where you will be paid a percentage of the services sold from the leads you generate. The more quality leads you bring in, the more you earn!

Required Skills:

1. Proven experience in lead generation or sales (preferably in IT or tech services).
2. Excellent communication and networking skills.
