Equity: Every employee working at Zinzu will be offered equity after one year of employment. This equity is provided in addition to their salary.
1. Candidate must be available to work from 3:30 pm - 2:00 am Indian Standard Time (as the company is based outside of India & their local work timings are 12:00 pm - 10:30 pm India Standard Time)
Zinzu is an advanced pattern detection analytics platform that forms the backbone of our innovative solutions at zinzu.io. At the forefront of our offerings is 'Tema', our dedicated data platform tailored specifically for farmers. Accessible through our user-friendly mobile app, also named "tema" and currently available on Android, this platform brings the power of Zinzu directly to the hands of farmers. Through 'Tema', farmers gain access to real-time data, can create crop profiles, get historical data to claim insurance and many more features.
The vision for 'Tema' is to build a community-driven database to estimate what crops are being grown at different locations and help with supply dynamics. 'Tema' is being built by working closely with farmers and NGOs working at the grassroots level, developing effective solutions together.
