Key Responsibilities:

1. Learn our platform Recruit CRM and understand the recruitment business.
2. Handle client queries via chat, email and video calls to gain experience.
3. Understand and convey customer needs to the team.
4. Solve user challenges, providing solutions or workarounds.
5. Uphold communication guidelines and procedures.
6. Build and nurture client relationships.
7. Continuously strive for exceptional service delivery.

Structured Onboarding: Undergo a structured 7.5-month Internship and training program with mentorship during the last 6-8 months of college. Upon successful completion & college graduation, transition to a full-time role based on your performance and business needs

Other requirements

Fresh graduates/post-graduates of 2025 /2024in fields like B.Com, BA, BBA, M.Com, MA, MBA, or similar.

English proficiency in both written and spoken communication is essential.

Those with a basic understanding of the SaaS industry.

Candidates with excellent communication, problem-solving, empathy, analytics, presentation, and documentation skills

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 6 months

Salary during probation: ₹12,000 - 15,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 5,00,000 - 10,00,000 /year
