1. Inventory Management: Assist in managing and organizing inventory, including monitoring stock levels, reordering medications, and ensuring medications are within their expiration dates.
2. Prescription Verification: Review prescriptions for accuracy and validity, ensuring that all information is correct before dispensing medications.
3. Customer Service: Address customer inquiries regarding over-the-counter medications, supplements, and other health-related products. Provide professional advice and recommendations.
4. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of prescriptions dispensed, including patient details, medications, and quantities.
5. Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and safety standards for pharmaceutical practice. Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
6. Sales Support: Assist with the sales process, including checking out customers, processing payments, and recommending additional products as appropriate.
7. Collaboration with the Healthcare Team: Work closely with doctors, healthcare providers, and other staff to ensure optimal care for patients.
1. Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B. Pharm) from a recognized college/ university from Maharashtra - (Mandatory)
2. Knowledge of EcoGreen Software.
3. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
