Operations Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Identify and develop strategic relationships with potential customers. Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations.
2. Provide timely and personalized responses to customer queries via email, phone, and chat support channels.
3. Investigate and address customer complaints and issues in a prompt and effective manner.
4. Identify root causes of recurring issues and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
5. Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
6. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services based on customer needs.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and best practices.
