We are looking for a go-getter and an entrepreneurial person who can help us run our healthcare team ops. You will play a crucial role in hiring, managing the team, and building the culture here at Rocket Health.
Your responsibilities will revolve around owning hiring and human resources functions for a team of 100+. You will be working closely with our founders along with healthcare leads but you will be the sole owner of the entire people ops function.
This role comes with a lot of ownership and responsibility and is apt only for people who do not shy away from going above and beyond in their functions. There are myriads of things under this role from super-fast execution of small tasks to multitasking to strategizing of newer and older functions to much more. We are a tiny startup, with a lot of folks in our company going above and beyond in their respective functions. For us, cultural fit matters the most for this role. There would be tremendous growth opportunities if we find the right fit and entrepreneurial energy.
PS: This role is a hybrid role and would require you to work out of our HQ in North Bangalore 3 times every week.
Key responsibilities:
1. Driving end-to-end recruitment process from posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews to being on top of the entire hiring pipeline
2. Driving the onboarding process of new team members, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization
3. Managing a team of 100+ which might double over the course of this year
4. Maintaining and updating all team-related records
5. Handle administrative tasks, leave and payroll processes and other compliances
6. Actively engaging with the team, building relationships with them and figuring out ways we can improve and build a better company culture in an actionable manner
7. Maintaining the team culture and running the day to day ops of the entire people ops function
8. Managing employer branding on socials and other channels along with managing offline events
9. Assist in organizing team engagement activities to foster a positive work environment and team cohesion
Annual CTC: ₹ 3,50,000 - 5,00,000 /year
