About the job

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Junior Talent Acquisition Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end hiring process, from sourcing and screening candidates to managing interview schedules and facilitating smooth onboarding processes. This role requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for talent acquisition.

Key responsibilities:

1. Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques including job portals, social media, referrals, and professional networks to attract top talent
2. Conduct market research and candidate mapping to identify potential candidates for current and future hiring needs
3. Proactively engage in headhunting activities to target passive candidates and build a talent pipeline
4. Review resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for open positions
5. Conduct initial screenings via phone or video calls to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit
6. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and team members, ensuring timely communication and feedback to candidates
7. Take care of salary negotiations on the candidate and client side, coordinate pre-employment checks, background verification, and other onboarding requirements in collaboration with HR and relevant departments

Salary
Duration: 6 months
Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 15,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,00,000 /year
