2. Evaluate applicants based on skills, functionality, domain, experience, and qualifications to verify if position requirements are met
3. Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks
4. Schedule, coordinate, and take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment cycle
5. Seek to improve processes and candidate experience continuously
6. Guide candidates through the recruiting process, ensuring timely responses and follow-through
7. Track candidate progress and follow up on tests, interviews, and hiring status
8. Screen applications and share suitable candidates with hiring managers
9. Conduct phone screens and organize in-person interviews
10. Coordinate offer and hiring processes
Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 2+ years of recruitment experience
2. Hands-on experience recruiting IT professionals
3. Work experience with remote teams on collaboration platforms
4. Successful recruiting tenure in a fast-paced environment
5. Strong background in technical recruiting and/or solid understanding of software engineering skill sets
6. Experience serving as an advisor and partner to hiring managers and leadership on recruiting matters
7. Knowledge of recruiting best practices concerning tracking, communication, follow-ups, negotiations, and hiring
8. Stellar networking skills and ability to forge effective recruiting partnerships
