2. Solid comprehension of production equipment functionalities.
3. Capability to identify potential machinery issues.
4. Familiarity with fundamental safety regulations and precautions (safety equipment provided).
5. Capacity to lift and manually transfer heavy loads.
6. Effective communication and teamwork aptitude.
7. High school diploma or equivalent qualification from ITI.
