IT Assistant Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner.
2. Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, networks, and other IT equipment.
3. Assist in the implementation and maintenance of electronic medical records (EMR) systems and other healthcare IT applications.
4. Monitor IT systems for performance, security, and reliability, and take proactive measures to address issues and prevent downtime.
5. Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations and hospital policies.
6. Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
7. Collaborate with vendors and external service providers to resolve technical issues and procure IT equipment and services.
8. Provide training and support to staff on IT systems and applications as needed.
