Key responsibilities:

1. Lead generation: Identify and qualify new business opportunities through various channels, including online research, networking, and attending industry events.
2. Calling and cold calling: Conduct regular calls and cold calls to pitch to customers, effectively communicating the value of our products and services.
3. Client relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
4. Sales strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand the company's market presence.
5. Proposal development: Prepare and present compelling business proposals, presentations, and sales pitches to potential clients.
6. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product development, and customer success teams to align business development efforts with overall company goals.
7. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of business development activities and provide regular reports on progress and results to senior management.
8. Database management: Maintain a database of prospective client information using CRM tools or Excel, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
9. Quota achievement: Meet all quotas for cold, active, and inactive calls, appointments, and interviews, ensuring consistent performance in sales activities.
