Key Responsibilities:
1. Involved in end-to-end recruitment.
2. Search resumes from various sources like internal databases, job portals, etc.
3. Briefing the candidates regarding the job profile and organization overview.
4. Scheduling face-to-face interviews of the candidates with the client company.
5. Sharing feedback with candidates which is given by the client.
6. Working with organizations to develop a recruitment plan.
7. Drafting and posting jobs on various portals.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Bachelor in human resources or any graduate degree preferred.
2. Excellent communication skills.
3. Proficient in Word (Excel, MS Word, Outlook)
4. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
