4. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (preferred).

5. Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.

6. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.

7. A people-oriented and results-driven approach.

8. Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
