Human Resources (HR) Associate Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Ability to answer queries related to payroll
2. Ensure timely and accurate customer service daily
3. Set customer service standards
4. Contribute to improving customer support by actively responding to queries and handling complaints
5. Establish best practices throughout the technical support process
6. Follow up with customers to identify areas of improvement
7. Develop daily, weekly, and monthly reports on help desk team productivity

Skills Required:

1. Customer-service oriented with a problem-solving attitude
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Qualifications & Experience:

1. MBA in HR
2. Night/Canadian Shift experience
