Key responsibilities:

1. Recruitment and team building: Partner with founders to manage recruitment operations and hire key talent for the core team. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various roles. Manage the entire hiring process, from job postings to onboarding.
2. HR strategy and organizational development: Build and scale the HR vertical, including setting up processes for employee engagement, performance management, and career development. Design and implement organizational structures, defining roles, responsibilities, KRAs, and KPIs. Create programs and policies that foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture.
3. HR operations: Establish HR best practices and ensure compliance with company policies. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to drive continuous improvement. Develop and execute strategies for employee engagement, retention, and growth.
