1. Engage with customers within partner premises to promote and sell Niyo Global Cards
2. Effectively communicate the benefits and features of Niyo Global Cards to potential customers
3. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
4. Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the management team
5. Actively participate in sales training programs and stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques
6. Provide timely feedback to the management team regarding customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities
7. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field preferred
2. 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking, financial services, or fintech industry
3. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers effectively
5. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
7. Familiarity with digital banking and fintech products is a plus
8. Knowledge of Forex cards will be an added advantage
