Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify business opportunities by researching and identifying prospects.
2. Sell products by establishing contact, building relationships, and recommending appropriate solutions to prospects.
3. Conduct outbound calls using data from lead generation activities or secondary data sources.
4. Perform daily follow-ups on older leads while working on new leads.
5. Maintain quality service by adhering to and enforcing organizational standards.
6. Be energetic, well-spoken, and motivated to close sales deals and generate revenue for the organization.
Education: Any undergraduate degree (BBA, B.Tech, B.A., etc.).
Skills:
1. Excellent verbal and written communication.
2. Strong interpersonal, numerical, and analytical skills.
3. Effective decision-making abilities.
Work schedule:
1. Must be flexible for a day shift with a 9-hour login between 8 AM - 10 PM.
2. Comfortable working 6 days a week, with the week off on a weekday.
