The person concerned would be required to sell our automation products/solutions directly and indirectly (through channel partners & strategic partners) after thorough research, market segmentation, database building & qualification
Customer segments:
Luxury homes and villas
Corporate offices (MNC and mid to large Indian privately owned offices - Not multi-tenant)
Casual/family dining
Direct:
Arranging demos in high-rise communities and malls
Direct sales to facility manager or guest experience manager in corporate
Direct sale to restaurant owners (minimum 18 seats)
Indirect: Partnerships with real estate agents, developers, architects, interior designers, equipment vendors, software vendors, and service vendors catering to the above target segments
Key responsibilities:
1. Educate UHNI consumers and key decision makers in the B2B sector on automation & robotics and benefits
2. Brief them about company position, vision, details of each product as per their requirement, our USPs, value to the customers
3. Give demos
4. Generate qualified leads in the target customer segments
5. Create and submit proposals to the prospects
6. Successfully close opportunities and achieve revenue goal
7. Generate revenue from newly added customers and nurture long-term relationships with them to generate repeat business
8. Maintain price discipline with all accounts and ensure zero financial loss to the company
9. Introduce and promote new products launched by the company to existing and new customers
10. Forecast and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets (minimum 90 % of target)
11. Ensure suitable branding and maintain brand hygiene at all costs
12. Do lead management and reporting to managers/supervisors regularly
