Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify business opportunities by targeting and engaging potential prospects.
2. Establish and nurture relationships with prospects to promote and sell products, recommending appropriate solutions.
3. Conduct outbound calls using data generated from lead-generation activities or secondary sources.
4. Perform daily follow-ups on both older and newly acquired leads to drive conversions.
5. Ensure consistent quality service by adhering to and enforcing organizational standards.
6. Display high energy, excellent communication, and a results-driven attitude, with a focus on closing sales deals and generating revenue for the organization.
Qualifications / Requirements:
1. Education: Any undergraduate degree (BBA, B.Tech, B.A, etc.).
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Strong interpersonal skills, numerical and analytical ability.
4. Decision-making skills.
5. Required languages: English & Hindi (mandatory), with Kannada/Tamil/Marathi/Telugu (optional).
6. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).
7. Flexible for day shifts (9 hours of login between 8 AM - 10 PM).
8. Comfortable working 6 days a week, with a weekday off.
9. Must have a laptop with a webcam and a reliable internet connection.
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,76,072 - 4,56,072 /year
