1. Initiate phone conversations with clients from leads given by the company.
2. Evaluate a client s needs to help them buy properties and achieve sales targets.
3. Cold call, and message customers to arrange site visits.
4. Attend customers at the site and provide detailed information about the property and services.
5. Negotiate and close deals at best market value and assist clients in completing their purchase, including documentation and paperwork.
6. Follow up and continuous engagement with the customer till the deal gets close.
7. Handle customer queries and complaints within the required time.
8. Support the sales team to maximize team potential.
9. Regularly conduct market research to identify new projects, properties, and builders.
10. Be aware of real estate rules, regulations, and other processes.
11. Develop relationships with clients, and builders to increase performance.
12. Report on a daily/weekly basis.
