About the job

Role & Responsibilities:

1. Contacting current and potential clients to inform them regarding the product and service
2. Setting up Appointments (Online and Offline/Physical ) for our Sales Team
3. Answering all queries and questions regarding the company and the solutions
4. Understanding customers requirements by asking questions and helping in closing the deals
5. Keeping the customer database maintained and updated
6. Preserve the company s reputation by handling grievances if any
7. Facilitating companies sales by going the extra mile and meeting a sales/Appointments setting quota
8. Keeping a record of all the sales calls and notes of useful information
9. Submitting daily progress reports

Candidate's Profile:

1. 1+ years of experience as a Business development or any similar role
2. Proven track record of successfully achieving the sales quota
3. Knowledge of a CRM and telephone systems
4. Efficient with English and Hindi
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
6. Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to resolve issues
7. Excellent communication skills, typing skills, technical proficiency, problem-solving skills, persuasiveness, patience, and persistence
