1. MBA or BBA degree (BSc might be considered a bonus skill)
2. Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
3. Knowledge of lead generation techniques in international markets using social media platforms like LinkedIn and Facebook
4. Previous internship experience in an IT company is preferred
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
7. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
