7. Track sales team metrics, analyze sales team data, and develop plans to address performance gaps
8. Set targets, performance plans, and standards for sales representatives, and coach individual reps to improve sales performance
9. Enable the team by duly acknowledging team members' achievements and accomplishments, and plan and implement regular training programs for skill building
