Job Title: Business Development Executive/Academic Counsellor
Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad Shift: Night Shift (9:00 PM to 6:00 AM), 6 days working

We are seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as Business Development Executives/Academic Counsellors. As a part of our night shift team located in Gachibowli, Hyderabad, you will be responsible for promoting our educational services and guiding prospective students towards achieving their academic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Generate prospects through outbound calls, emails, and other channels.
2. Engage with potential students to understand their educational needs and provide appropriate guidance on courses offered.
3. Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
4. Meet or exceed monthly targets for lead generation and conversion.
5. Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the education industry.
6. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies for lead generation.
7. Provide excellent customer service and support to students throughout their enrollment journey.

Requirements:

1. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
2. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
3. Enthusiasm for helping others achieve their educational aspirations.
4. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
5. Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
6. Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
7. Must be willing to work night shifts from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
8. Candidates residing in or willing to relocate to Gachibowli, Hyderabad are preferred.
