About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Support the accounts department in day-to-day financial operations
2. Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information
3. Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner
4. Maintain accurate records of financial transactions
5. Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies
6. Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements
7. Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
8. Participate in inventory management and perform regular stock reconciliations
9. Assist with financial audits and compliance reviews

Other requirements

1. A bachelors degree in accounting or a related field.

2. Possess strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

4. Attention to detail and accuracy.

5. Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.

6. Candidates should have a strong background in accounting, along with a Tally certification (must).

7. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, able to multitask, and possess excellent communication and analytical skills.

Salary
Duration: 6 months
Salary during probation: ₹15,000 - 25,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 5,00,000 /year
