About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Actively promote our range of products and brand uniqueness, including fashion apparel, to retail stores and generate orders
2. Upsell and cross-sell products, premium products, and bulk orders to retail stores in the assigned regions
3. Drive online sales to achieve targets and earn a 5% commission (as per the company's purview) on any order produced
4. Develop warm business relationships with retail stores and assist them in selecting the perfect products
5. Provide detailed information on product offerings, quality, and the uniqueness of the brand
6. Address customer queries and ensure a delightful business experience
7. Collaborate with the production team for inventory and order management
8. Ensure timely and accurate processing of orders and deliveries
9. Participate in promotional activities such as events and special campaigns
10. Share feedback and insights to improve products and customer engagement

5. Goal-oriented with the ability to meet sales targets

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 2 months

Salary during probation: ₹12,000 - 15,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,40,000 - 3,40,000 /year
