About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve company objectives, including increasing brand awareness, generating leads, and driving sales.
2. Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to social media, email, search engines, and display advertising.
3. Oversee the creation of engaging and relevant content for digital platforms, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding across all channels.
4. Manage and optimize company websites for SEO, user experience, and lead generation.
5. Develop and implement social media strategies to grow our online presence and engage with our target audience on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
6. Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, promote products/services, and drive conversions.
7. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital marketing initiatives.
8. Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.
9. Coordinate with external vendors and agencies for outsourced marketing projects, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
10. Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing.

Other requirements

1. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including but not limited to Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, email marketing software, and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).

2. Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing best practices.

3. Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions and optimizations.

4. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.

5. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for staying ahead of industry trends.

6. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,50,000 - 3,50,000 /year
