About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Strategic personal branding:
a. Shape and manage the Founder's professional brand, establishing influence and thought leadership within the edtech industry.
b. Develop a high-visibility online presence through LinkedIn and industry events to position the Founder as a key industry authority.

2. Digital marketing & engagement:
a. Craft and implement LinkedIn strategies to build brand awareness, generate high-quality leads, and increase industry engagement.
b. Drive digital branding initiatives across the website, Google search, and social media channels, optimizing for SEO and engagement.
c. Oversee the development of engaging, high-quality content that reflects our brand values and expertise, including blog posts, presentations, and case studies.
d. Curate and distribute compelling content to reinforce eQOURSE's reliability and thought leadership.

3. Client meets and finalization:
a. Oversee the entire client engagement cycle from initial meetings to deal finalization ensuring that each interaction aligns with eQOURSE's values and value propositions.
b. Prepare and participate in client meet-ups, bringing exceptional professionalism and a consultative approach to discussions.

4. Strategic partnerships & networking:
a. Develop relationships with industry influencers, decision-makers, and organizations to amplify eQOURSE's reach.
b. Implement targeted outreach strategies to engage with potential clients and edtech companies, positioning eQOURSE as a preferred solution.

5. Market insights & competitive analysis:
a. Conduct deep market research to identify key trends, challenges, and growth opportunities in the edtech sector.
b. Perform competitive analyses to inform strategies that enhance eQOURSE's position and differentiate our offerings.

6. Sales & marketing alignment with team management:
a. Work closely with teams to align messaging, strategies, and goals, ensuring a cohesive brand presence.
b. Manage the lead generation pipeline, implementing lead scoring and CRM best practices to nurture high-potential leads.
c. Lead a team responsible for social media, lead generation, and sales, fostering a collaborative, results-driven culture.
d. Mentor and guide team members to develop professional skills and execute initiatives aligned with eQOURSE's growth objectives.

Who can apply

1. Candidates with minimum 3 years of experience.

Other requirements

1. Experience: 3-5 years in digital marketing, B2B sales, or personal branding (LinkedIn expertise highly preferred).

2. Technical skills: Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, and analytics tools.

3. Soft skills: Strong communication, creative problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.

4. Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
