1. Foster member engagement by organizing events, workshops, and networking opportunities
2. Welcome new members, provide tours, and ensure familiarity with amenities and services
3. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing member concerns and needs promptly
4. Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain members, enhancing their experience
5. Plan and execute community events, ensuring smooth operation and member satisfaction
6. Oversee daily operations of the co-working space, ensuring it is clean, organized, and functional
7. Manage social media accounts to promote events, share community highlights, and engage with members
8. Gather and analyze member feedback for continuous improvement of the community experience
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
2. 0-1 year of experience, with preference for community management or customer service experience
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
4. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
5. Passion for building and nurturing communities
6. Proficiency in social media platforms and basic marketing skills
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
