We are seeking a marketing specialist with 2-3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our marketing database, executing email campaigns, creating, and managing content, generating leads, and organizing marketing events. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and hands-on experience with marketing tools and social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Database Management: Maintain and optimize the marketing database to ensure data accuracy and effective segmentation.
2. Email Campaigns: Plan, execute, and monitor email marketing campaigns to engage and convert prospects.
3. Content Management: Create, curate, and manage content across various channels, including OEM's Partner portals & social media.
4. Pipeline Creation: Leverage marketing tools and social media platforms to build and nurture a robust sales pipeline.
5. Visual Content Design: Design engaging visual content for digital marketing initiatives, including social media posts, infographics, and promotional materials.
6. Lead Generation: Develop and implement lead generation strategies through various marketing initiatives.
7. Webinars/Marketing Events: Plan, manage, and execute webinars and other marketing events to promote our products/services and generate leads.
8. Reporting: Analyze and report on the outcomes of marketing campaigns and events, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related discipline.
2. 2-3 years of experience in a marketing role.
3. Proficiency with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Lusha, or equivalent platforms.
4. Strong command of social media platforms and content management systems.
5. Experience with visual design tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
6. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
7. Analytical prowess with the ability to transform data into actionable insights.
8. Stellar project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
