About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Highly skilled in automation, troubleshooting, and debugging.
2. Proficient in PHP development, Python, and Bash scripting
3. Familiar with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
4. Proficient in DNS management, Route 53, and SSL configuration
5. Deploy updates and fixes, and provide Level 2 technical support
6. Build tools to reduce the occurrence of errors and improve customer experience
7. Develop software to integrate with internal back-end systems
8. Perform root cause analysis of production errors and resolve technical issues
9. Develop scripts to automate visualization
10. Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance
