Key responsibilities:

1. Candidates should be well versed with below requirements.
2. Helps resolve complaints or appeals related to products and services.
3. Reviewing and assessing documentation regarding potential new clients.
4. Contacting clients to follow up on missing information or incomplete applications.
5. Evaluating high-risk accounts.
6. Monitoring customer behaviour patterns within the organisation.
7. Analysing risk and compliance issues of new product proposals.
8. Write suspicious activity reports (SARs) and give feedback.
9. Study market trends and evaluate customer behaviour.

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 6 months

Salary during probation: ₹25,000 - 35,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 5,00,000 - 9,00,000 /year
