About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Leadership & Management: Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals. Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and performance feedback. Develop and implement effective sales strategies and processes. Monitor and analyze team performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Provide ongoing coaching, training, and development opportunities for sales team members.

2. Sales Strategy & Planning: Collaborate with senior management to set sales targets and forecasts. Identify new market opportunities and ensure the team is well-equipped to capitalize on them. Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed sales objectives.

3. Customer Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders. Ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly. Implement strategies to retain and grow the customer base.

4. Reporting & Analysis: Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for senior management. Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Use CRM software to track and manage sales activities and performance.

5. Administrative Duties: Oversee the daily operations of the sales team, including managing schedules and ensuring compliance with company policies. Handle administrative tasks related to sales operations, such as budget management and expense reporting.
