We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated 'Conversational AI and GenAI Engineer' to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of conversational AI technologies, including text-to-speech and speech-to-text models, and be proficient with Hugging Face's model hub. In addition, experience in computer vision and generative AI, particularly with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) models, is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and deploy conversational AI solutions using open-source models for text-to-speech (TTS) and speech-to-text (STT) functionalities.
2. Leverage Hugging Face's model hub to fine-tune and implement state-of-the-art language models for various NLP tasks.
3. Apply computer vision techniques to enhance and integrate visual data with conversational AI models.
4. Design, build, and optimize Generative AI models, specifically focusing on RAG models, to create advanced, context-aware AI solutions.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into production environments.
6. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in AI and machine learning to continually improve our AI capabilities.
Qualifications:
1. Strong experience in developing and deploying conversational AI systems, including TTS and STT models.
2. Proficiency with Hugging Face's model hub and experience in fine-tuning pre-trained models for specific applications.
3. Solid understanding of computer vision techniques and their application in AI solutions.
4. Expertise in Generative AI, particularly with open-source RAG models.
5. Familiarity with Python and relevant AI/ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
6. Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP) and containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
