Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage social media accounts, proofreading, editing and content writing, and content management.
2. Providing content as required, considering the target audience's psychology.
3. Customizing the content as per the requirements of the company.
4. Working and coordinating with the team for tasks and timely delivery of content and social media creatives and videos.
5. Conduct keyword research and use SEO guidelines to optimize content.
6. Define the most important social media KPIs.
7. Manage and oversee social media content.
8. Measure the success of every social media campaign.
9. Facilitate online conversations with customers and respond to queries.
10. Report on online reviews and feedback from customers and fans.
11. Develop an optimal posting schedule, considering web traffic and customer engagement metrics.
