Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Java is required, and familiarity with additional languages or frameworks is a plus. The Coding Teacher must create a supportive learning environment, fostering curiosity and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for collaborating with other educators and adapting teaching methods to meet individual student needs. A bachelor s degree in computer science, education, or a related field, along with prior teaching experience, is preferred.
