About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Work on client management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions.
2. Work on client satisfaction: Ensure a high level of client satisfaction by regularly communicating with clients, addressing their concerns, and resolving any issues in a timely manner.
3. Work on service delivery oversight: Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure that client requirements are met with the highest level of quality and timeliness.
4. Handle client meetings: Conduct regular client meetings, both in-person and virtual, to review ongoing services, provide progress updates, and gather feedback.
5. Work on contract management: Oversee the preparation and renewal of contracts, ensuring that terms are favorable and aligned with the client's needs.
6. Work on issue resolution: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients in the event of any service delivery challenges or escalations, ensuring prompt resolution.
7. Handle reporting & analysis: Prepare and present regular reports to clients on recruitment performance metrics, including candidate submissions, placements, and feedback.
8. Work on market insight: Provide clients with valuable market insights related to talent acquisition trends, salary benchmarks, and industry shifts.

Who can apply

1. Candidates with minimum 3 years of experience.

Other requirements

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or human resources, or a related field.

2. Experience: 3-5 years of experience in client relations.

3. Proven track record of managing multiple clients and delivering excellent customer service.

4. CRM experience: Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other client management tools.
