About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Monitoring calls (conduct call audits to ensure adherence to company standards)
2. Assess call agents' performance based on established metrics
3. Provide actionable feedback to improve performance & enhance customer satisfaction
4. Prepare detailed reports on audit findings & trends
5. Collaborate on process improvements for better growth
6. Ensure compliance with standards
7. Regular check on hygiene

Please note that for outstation candidates, we provide PG accommodation for the first 7 days and reimburse AC-3 tier train fare for relocation.
