Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Call Center Executive to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, providing product and service information, and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Interaction:
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and courteously.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally.
2. Data Management:
- Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the CRM system.
- Update customer information as necessary.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
3. Problem-Solving:
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
- Provide solutions and alternatives within company guidelines.
4. Product Knowledge:
- Stay informed about company products, services, and promotions.
- Share relevant product knowledge with customers to enhance their experience.
5. Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with team members to meet individual and team targets.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Ability to handle stressful situations and maintain a positive attitude.

- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
