Key Responsibilities:

1. Prospecting and Outreach: Identify and engage K-10 educational institutions for our learning app.
2. Product Demonstrations: Conduct compelling demonstrations for educators and decision-makers.
3. Relationship Building: Nurture relationships with administrators, teachers, and stakeholders.
4. Sales Presentations: Deliver persuasive presentations emphasizing app benefits.
5. Customer Education: Train educators for effective app implementation.
6. Sales Targets: Exceed sales targets through strategic execution.
7. Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
8. Business Development Executive: Drive new business, from prospecting to deal closure.
9. Revenue and Cash Goals: Meet goals through lead sourcing, pitching, and negotiations.
10. Retention and Upgrade Goals: Manage clients, resolve issues, and pitch service upgrades.
11. Sales Pipeline Management: Effectively manage CRM, prioritize opportunities, and set team goals.

Requirements:

1. Possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Science, Arts, or Technology, with an additional preference for an MBA/MA, coupled with 2-4 years of successful sales experience in education, Ed-tech, banking, or insurance.
2. Demonstrate a proven track record in educational technology sales and a consistent ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
3. Showcase strong sales acumen, effective communication, and negotiation skills, complemented by expertise in contract management.
4. Display a comprehensive understanding of the K-10 education landscape.
5. Exhibit the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
6. Embody a go-getter mindset with drive, confidence, and persistence, coupled with a values-oriented approach that includes transparency, honesty, and a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
