About the job

This is a full-time on-site role for a business development executive located in Gurugram. The business development executive will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, communication, account management, and driving growth through business opportunities

Key responsibilities:

1. Identify and research potential business opportunities, markets, and clients/customers to generate leads and expand the company's client base
2. Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients/customers, understanding their needs and requirements to provide tailored solutions and maximize client satisfaction
4. Lead the negotiation and closing of sales contracts, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both the company and the client
5. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to develop comprehensive strategies for client acquisition and retention
6. Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge
7. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients/customers, effectively communicating the value proposition of our products/services
8. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions to optimize sales efficiency and effectiveness
9. Represent us at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our brand, establish partnerships, and generate leads
10. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and business development efforts using CRM software or other relevant tools

Salary
Duration: 3 months
Salary during probation: ₹12,000 - 25,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,00,000 /year
