About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers in international markets
2. Clearly articulate product features, benefits, and pricing to generate interest
3. Understand logistics and supply chain processes
4. Use a structured sales approach to identify and qualify potential leads through effective questioning and active listening
5. Maintain a pipeline of qualified leads for follow-up and conversion
6. Maintain a database for business review
7. Pass domestic leads to the cross-functional team
8. Present products or services to potential customers, addressing their needs and concerns
9. Navigate the clearance process and leverage the international network
10. Customize sales pitches based on customer requirements
11. Effectively close sales and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
12. Achieve FTB (First Time Buyer) and retention targets
13. Overcome objections and negotiate terms to secure deals
14. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business
15. Provide excellent customer service and address post-sale inquiries
16. Understand the pain areas of customers
17. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions
18. Share market insights with the sales and marketing teams
19. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities
20. Provide regular reports on sales performance and achievements

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in international telesales or a similar role
2. Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
3. Ability to build rapport quickly and establish strong customer relationships
4. Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
5. Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools
6. Strong organizational and time management skills
7. Excellent negotiation skills using chat gap and icebreaker techniques
8. Structured sales approach
