Business Development Associate Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Lead management: Work on provided leads, identify clients' needs, and offer tailored solutions for hiring Crio learners.
2. Business development: Build and expand your pipeline by identifying new opportunities with tech startups, enterprises, and GCCs. Proactively connect with key stakeholders like CTOs, Talent Acquisition Heads, and Hiring Managers.
3. Client engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their talent needs and provide end-to-end recruitment solutions.
4. Stakeholder communication: Serve as the point of contact for client communications and manage expectations throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
5. Market research: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and target industries where Crio's talent pool is in demand.
6. Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with the outcomes, marketing, and career services teams to optimize outreach strategies and improve client engagement.
7. Reporting & analytics: Track and report key metrics such as lead generation, client conversion, and placement success to drive informed decision-making.
