The industrial sector faces multiple challenges resulting in long delays and high uncertainties, we believe the sector needs more efficient Made in India solutions to tackle these and deliver at a global scale. The person in this role will be of key importance in initiating communication with clients and developing long-term relations with them. The Business Development and Sales Engineer will be involved in implementing new strategies to market industrial automation products.

Responsibilities
1. Reach out to potential clients for advanced automation technologies
2. Identify key decision makers for proposing automation projects
3. Generate and evaluate leads
4. Schedule meetings with potential clients
5. Understand client's requirements and communicate that with the technical team

Other requirements

1. Proven experience in lead generation in B2B

2. Existing network in the manufacturing/automobile/warehousing industry

3. Ability to develop and nurture relationships with clients

4. Ability to understand the challenges faced by clients and to work with the technical team to offer them a feasible solution within the required timeline

5. Ability to conduct market research

6. Experience in developing new markets

7. Prior experience in similar roles targeting manufacturing/automobile/warehousing industries is preferable

8. A bachelors degree in engineering is preferable

9. Candidate must have their own vehicle to visit clients

Salary
Duration: 2 months
Salary during probation: ₹25,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 4,50,000 /year
