As a key player in our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns and strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Increasing Bioderma's presence in general trade cosmetic stores by expanding the store count and ensuring product availability.
2. Analyzing market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and development.
3. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with retail partners to ensure brand visibility and presence in stores.
4. Monitoring and evaluating the performance of marketing initiatives to optimize results and ROI.
5. Developing and executing digital campaigns to engage with the TG,
including store owners, makeup artists, and chain salons, to enhance brand visibility and awareness
6. Conducting market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and make data-driven decisions.
7. Brand Visibility: Enhance brand visibility through effective merchandising, point-of-sale materials, and partnerships with makeup artists and salons.
8. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to create and implement effective marketing campaigns that align with the brand's objectives.

Education: Bachelors in pharmacy/ BSC or Equivalent + MBA/PGDM
• Experience in managing multichannel campaigns & Digital/ Social media marketing will be a plus
• Good Communication skills & strong analytical capabilities
• Technical Skills: MS PowerPoint, MS Excel (Pivot, VBA etc.) & MS word is a must
• Team player, Dynamic and Self-motivated with Positive Attitude & Sense of ownership
Annual CTC: ₹ 5,00,000 - 8,00,000 /year
