Key responsibilities:
1. Planning photoshoot's for the upcoming products
2. Creating clothing patterns for mass production and managing sales
3. Overseeing the production of designs, including carrying out fittings, determining prices, and managing marketing
4. Coordinating with the head designer and the backend team like masters and karigars for the upcoming collections and mass production
