About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and deliver graphic design projects from concept to completion including but not limited to brochures, logos, advertisements, and digital content
2. Work with a variety of media and graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and CorelDRAW etc.
3. Work closely with the design lead to interpret and translate their visions into powerful and impactful visual designs
4. Ensure consistency of brand and creative across digital customer touchpoints
5. Provide professional-grade design solutions by maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, tools, and technologies
6. Work on multiple projects simultaneously, managing time and resources to ensure timely delivery of projects
7. Engage in creative problem-solving and risk-taking in the design process
8. Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks efficiently

Who can apply

1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.

Other requirements

1. Experience in motion graphics design is highly desirable

2. Knowledge of UI/UX principles

3. Experience with HTML/CSS, and WordPress is a plus

4. Bachelor’s degree in visual arts or related field. (Preferred)

5. Strong portfolio showcasing high-end digital design skills and a clean design aesthetic

6. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and Adobe XD

7. Experience with AI tools such as Adobe Express, MidJourney, ChatGPT, Canvas Magic Write, and DALL-E

8. Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction

9. Good communication skills and a collaborative spirit

10. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive with a strong sense of ownership and accountability

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 3,60,000 /year
