About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Interact effectively with customers using excellent communication skills
2. Work on installation and commissioning of EV chargers, adhering to established SOPs
3. Develop FAQs for customer service support to address common inquiries
4. Conduct site inspections prior to installation to ensure suitability
5. Identify and understand issues, coordinating with respective teams for prompt resolution
6. Maintain customer CMS and product details accurately
7. Generate installation reports for both AC & DC chargers
8. Coordinate with the team to allocate resources for installation and service support
9. Collaborate with teams for after-sales support nationwide, and explore partnerships for additional support services

Note:

1. Preference will be given to male candidates
2. Graduates with knowledge of electrical engineering are preferred

Who can apply

1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.

Other requirements

1. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

5. Proficient in site inspections and understanding technical issues
